Am i pregnant?

Hey ladies. So me and my hubby are going through a rough patch and one of the reasons is me wanting babies and him not being ready yet. So our last intercourse was last month just 3 days before my period. My periods went normally but then this month ive missed my period which was due a week ago. Im freaking out now ive been on some medication which is not exactly safe during pregnancy and since this was unplanned i did not stop taking them. I have a heavy and bloated tummy, severe pain in my fingers and toes,restless legs and unable to sleep at night and headaches. Is this even possible like conceiving even after i had my period? Havent taken the test yet im scared
