help me please. What does Braxton Hicks feel like??

I know i soiund quite silly but i dont care, can someone explain what they feel like?? I keep feeling very hard on my tum and sometimes it feels like my tum going to explode.
Paul is moaning now cus i keep going on about tum feeling uncomfy, least if i know what it is i can argue back te he he.

Please respond if you know the answer.

    Hi Annalisa these sounds like BH! Basically as you said your tunny goes hard as if its contracting then release's again, Can be with or without pain. Nothing to worry about though as just your bodies way of preparing you for labour!
