restless legs...ouch help

hi there

has anyone else experienced restless legs at all? by six at night i can't relax they are sooooo sore.

they are driving me nuts and are soooooooo painful?

anyone got any good remedies?? pleeeeeaase!

any tips gratefully received

    i get this as well. its most annoying. i prop them on pillows in bed while watching TV.

    any more ideas would be good though.
