I have heard that you can prop up a babies mattress if they are congested at night.....
~ How high should it be propped ( its cot btw)
~Would it still help if baby sleeps on front?

I got some bed blocks from argos (also for cots) http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001151&langId=-1&searchTerms=bed+blocks
it says on here they raise the cot by up to 10cms - you could use books or anything else you have as long as it's stable.
I dont about them being on thier front?

i was just enough to have his head above his waste,it really helped with his sleeping,it didnt bung up anywhere
