Contractions - practise or real?

Hello all, just looking for some advice...

I have been experiencing a tightening around my stomach every 15-20mins for the past few hours, it's not really painful, just feels like a squeezing - is this Braxton Hicks, or could it be labour starting? I am 37+3
Also - baby is moving loads!!

Hi, i'm 40+1 and i've had the same thing for the last few weeks, when i mentioned it to midwife she seemed to think it was braxton hicks that would prob change to the real thing when baby was ready to make his move, just watch out for the normal stuff like a show or leaking waters.
