I've decided to loosely follow the 'baby whisperers' EASY routine with my 4 week old. In the book it mentions giving a dream feed at 10pm. I was just wondering how the dream feed works?
We followed the baby whisperer too and dream fed at 10 - she never woke up and went straight back down (no need to wind usually) afterwards. I did this until she was about 6/7 months but probably should have stopped a bit sooner - it was such a nice feed to do, really cuddly.
