2Yr old may have swallowed toothpaste help!

I have just gone in the bathroom about an hour and a half after takin my 2 year old in there to brush her teeth, she usually puts the toothpaste of herself and dosnt squeeze the tube and just wipes a bit of the end, this evening there was a l arge sploge of it and i didnt see her do it, im worried she has eaten loads of it. is it harmful? It contains flouride.
