Wot a nightmare!!
I moved in myt house on the 13th of feb. my chimney has been blocked so i cant use my fire. its still not fixed!! Now my boiler has packed in and my house is freezing, no hot water, no radiators. i am officially with holding my rent. i am allowed to do that right??
i rang the estae agents up and she said she will ring me back. she never does!! and gonna ring loads today cos am sick!!!
