question for anyone who knows ?

as some fo you know i found out i was pregnant recently and was overjoyed 9 even though i STILL havent told my mum n dad) but anyway, i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced pains in the stomach or chest area during pregnancy ? cos i get these achey cramp like pains most nites, always at bed time!! and ts concerning me quite a bit cos im panicking something is wrong with baby, ive tried to get into the doctors but its proving impossible! so i just wondered if anyone could put my mind at ease really
