Nearly 10 weeks and ALL of my pregnancy symptoms have gone

I am 9 weeks and 5 days today and for the last 4 days all of my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared 

i had a MMC before my son 5 years ago and the anxiety has sadly stayed with me 

Due to some bleeding I have seen Bub twice,the last time just over a week ago and growth and heart rate were measuring spot on 

i haven’t had morning sickness however I have had really sore breasts and I’ve been very exhausted with mild nausea however 
over the past 5 days all these symptoms have gone all together 

Withmy son I was consistently tired and nauseas so I am a bit worried

Has anyone else lost all symptoms at around 9-10 weeks ?

    I had very sore breasts until about 9 weeks and then they just went back to normal. They haven't been sore at all since then and am now 17 weeks. Didn't have much nausea throughout. The only 'symptom' I have is tiredness though to be honest I'm not really that much more tired than normal so fairly symptom-less for the last two months. All was fine at 12 week scan and am hoping it will be at my 20 week scan in a few weeks. Hoping that the lack of symptoms is luck ;)
