Screening for Down's syndrome, Patau's and edwards syndrome

Hello. I am desperately seeking reassurance.
I had my screeing scan and blood test on Thursday, my midwife rang me last night and said I have come back high risk for all 3 tests. 1 in 15 for Down's syndrome, 1in 5 for Patau's and Edward's syndrome. The protein level in the placenta is lower than theyd like too.
She said i can opt for the amniocentesis which will give a more accurate result, but it is very uncommon for a person to test high risk for all 3. She did say they do use the levels in the placenta to determine the results, aswel as other things.
I have booked a private test called Harmony test which is 10%more accurate than the nhs test as it doesn't use the placenta levels to get results, i have this on Saturday. If this comes back high, I will go for the amniocentesis when i get to 15 weeks (13 weeks atm.) as there is a higher risk of miscarriage before then. Can anyone relate and have any advice please. Thanks
