Concerns of endometriosis but no insurance

Me and my hubby have been trying to 8 months for a 2nd baby. I’ve thought for a while now that I may have endometriosis from the symptoms of how I get period pains a week before my period is due and sex is painful for me. I have an appointment the 31st but I can’t help but be worried financially. We desperately want to make sure everything is okay with my body but if I have to have a laparoscopy done for endometriosis a big problem is we don’t have insurance. Has anyone else still been able to get the surgery done without insurance or having to pay everything up front?
