Hi what finger foods should i be giving my 6 mth old? he has rusks but im unsure on what else i should be giving him and what i should avoid. any ideas

Maybe try some soft small pieces of fruit such as ripe peach,banana etc or cut some vegetables into batons and steam till soft.
Bread and butter cut into soldiers or even toasted. I sometimes give Kade the fruity bread toasted too.
I guess things to avoid are anything that is too hard that he could choke on and be careful with eggs too young. My lo was about 6 months when we gave him some egg and he was badly allergic to it. I think your meant to wait a bit longer before introducing egg.
