feeds

My lb is 13months, and has recently started throwing his food on the floor & find its funny when I tell him no & to stop it. He has breakfast at 8, dinner at 12 then another meal at 4 then his bottle before bed. Do you think he's having too much food? Or should I leave longer between feeds? Or is he just being a normal 13month old. Advice please Thanks
