New Years Resolution
I decided this year I will try and reduce the amount of sugar in my diet as I am aware that it is a big problem, especially for children. I want our family to lead a healthier lifestyle but feel that I can't expect it of my boy if I'm not doing what I preach. My issue is I can't stay away from the chocolate biscuits and the sweet snacks, so can anyone provide me with recipes or products that are low in sugar for snacking inbetween meals?
