O/T stuffing recipe for Xmas dinner

Starting to get myself organised for Xmas dinner. My dad has ordered the turkey from his local butcher (he's coming with my brother - giving my sister a rest this year)! I've got all my recipes done bar one for stuffing. Not one for stuffing the turkey (sausagemeat recipe). One for a side dish, that is made with breadcrumbs.

Has anyone got a tried & tested one for me and that can be made the night before - and of course suitable for a toddler.
