how do I get my picture to show on posts!?

hello, just wondered if anyone could help me with this picture lark!?
Ive tried to go to my profile and attach my 4d baby image.. however it simply says its updated my details but doesnt show any picture still?

Any ideas?.. Am I having to make the picture smaller?
