Baby Shower - getting the right gift
My friend and colleague is due to have her baby at the beginning of August. I asked her what she would really like for a gift, as I wanted to get her something useful and she deserves something special! She replied saying that what she really needed was the cot but that of course I couldn't get that as it was too expensive. Knowing very well my colleagues wanted to get her a gift too, but that I would be organising it I wanted to find a way that we could all get together to get her the gift she really needed and wanted.
I stumbled accross Giftshare (www.giftshare.com), I set up a page and have started collecting contributions for the cot that she really needs. She is thrilled that we have organised this for her, a huge weight off her mind!
