As per usual I have developed a massive spot on my face just before Christmas!! Bloody typical. What are your remedies to get rid of spots asap???

I got from boots the Burts Bee's Spot blemsih stuff. It's in a little orange bottle that you dab on your spots and it's a bit like alchohol water. It dry's instantly and honestly my spots go within a day!
