Hi I'm new to this

Hi I did 3tests all positive about 2 weeks ago. One was a clearblue saying I was 3+ weeks which in doctors terms could be 5 weeks so I'm probably about 7 weeks now. It's weird though because before I knew I had sore breasts andnipples and was feeling really tired. Since doing the test I don't feel pregnant. 3 positive tests can't be wrong can they? I have been to the docs and she says they are accurate and just referred me to the hospital to see the midwife. The appointment is this Tuesday. The only thing that has been consistent is a really blocked nose which is getting harder to breathe out of. I'm panicking now because i don't have symptoms they are going to say sorry you got it wrong. A lot of people have said you only get wrong negatives x
