Hello guys

Im Nichola and ive just joined today

Me and my Husband have decided to TTC for baby no2 I already have a daughter aged 7 I am building up the courage to go have my contraceptive implant out in a few weeks time. I am debating wether to take a vitamin supplement as of now and i am also being more concious of  eating healthier and being a bit more active.

I hope to get to know you well and share tips stories etc
