Omg is down there ruined?!?!?!
I gave birth 16 weeks ago Had emergency forceps to help get my lo out. Ive just looked down there and its horrible!! Tmi but my vagina just looks all open still!! Does it ever go back to normal or is that it?

Oh lordy, Haleigh! You are brave to look - I could never pluck up the courage!
I don't know how long things take to look like they did before but I know it certainly takes several weeks, so don't panic yet!
Did you tear? If you had quite a bad tear, you should be referred to a specialist physiotherapist: do ask your GP to refer you, if you haven't been referred already.
Hope things settle down for you really soon.
