Me again! - dont want to waste my OV strips

Hi Ladies,

I am posotive this will be my month!.

I have just come of P and am on all the apps which are telling me that this week I am fertile with ovulation due around 21-22.

Does this mean I should be using my strips this week? it says on the instructions the week leading up to expected ovulation.
