bad headaches in 2nd trimester.

Hello mummies and mummies to be, im 19 weeks and 5 days, i have been suffering with rediculously painful headaches, blurred vision, achey muscles, bad lower back pains and swollen joints, its been like this for about a week and seeing midwife in 4 days, just wondering if anyone else has sufferd with these? Ive also been sick a few times but recoverd from hyperemesis gravidarum about a month and a half ago, helpp!!!!!!
