Surprise 30th for H?
So my h is 30 in may. I've had a few ideas, we could get 2 nights tops away. We could get the nights away and have iguana dad, brothers and co come and surprise him there, he I'd very close to them. Or I was thinking of surprise party in the house, maybe hire some casino type tables? Or my favourite idea ATM is surprise western party in the house with a hire rodeo bull???? Opinions?

Is he the type that would like a party? I would personally love one, but had to talk my H into having one for his 40th and NO SURPRISES was my instruction
Yep, he would possibly already think there would be a social club type one planned if his dad is involved. But I think a rodeo bull would be a real surprise lol!
I'd go for the 2 nights away.
If I had the choice, I would go for both haha. You said he liked poker, so what about the casino tables? I dont think that I would like a rodeo bull in my house lol
Involving his family or not sw? I'm not sure but his dad could be the sort that may want to be there with it being his 30th?
I am not SW, but depends on how close they are. I think that I would like a night out with friends/family and then just have a couple of nights away with my H
Depends on your H - I like the casino idea and the rodeo party - and deffo invite his family!

Party! I like the casino idea. My H hates things like this, I was gutted I couldn't throw a big party for him!
If its a party it would be family and all. A few nights away I'm just not sure, we went on a mass holiday for 2 weeks once all 14 of us and it was ermmm.....trying!
I think for surprise element and to keep his dad involved I may do one of the party's. I keep looking out my window imagining a rodeo bull, bunting and bails of hay, me, giddy, nooo!
I know, casino would be fun. I could have everyone dress up and would be easy to surprise h with. I'm not sure what that would cost though, il have to look into it. The bull is £200 for 3 hours.
Would you have the bull in your garden? What if it was awful weather?
Yes in the garden. I hadn't thought too much about the weather although I guess any month can rain over here. I suppose it would be a dart for a marque#sp. there are quite a few if us with garden heaters so warmth wouldn't be a problem whilst people are outside.
