Lady's need advice on safe and kids friendly areas to rent

Hi lady's,

im moving back to the uk with my 1 year old son, it will be just two of us in the beginning of September and looking to rent 2 bedroom apartment / house close to London, or shopping mall, our budget is not that high 1,000 pounds max ! And it must be safe and kids friendly.

would really really appreciate your advice !!
