POCS

Hey girls,

I'm 19 and got diagnosed with POCS last night.

I am no where near ready to try for kids yet but worried the effect this might have when I am at that stage.

what effects does POCS have?

Also has anyone got any tips in making it better or not letting it bother you.

TBH im glad right now that I don't have a regular cycle as I just find them annoying but would like to know I can control this and hopefully get closer to a normal cycle when I want.
