We've been hearing all about how Facebook and Google are offering to pay up to £13,000 to freeze eggs for their female employees as a loyalty-boosting work perk.
They also think it will attract more women to work for them.
And we wonder what you lot think about that?
Would you be more tempted to take a job if your employer was offering to pay to freeze your eggs?
Or do you think it's sending a bit of an odd message about the kind of choices women should be making?
