whats your biggest weight loss challenge after pregnancy ?

hey guys 

im doing some research and was wondering what is the biggest challenge you face to lose weight after your pregnancy ?

1- Finding specific exercises to lose belly fat and improve your overall fitness without having to spend a lot of time at the gym

2- Preparing fast and healthy meals to promote fat loss for busy mums.

3- Finding the right detox program to improve your energy levels and promote weight loss.

4- none of the above -
