Can morning after cause shortness of breath, back and chest pains?

I had an accident about two months ago,i took the postinor 2 and had two period like bleeding since,i recently started to develope shortness of breath back and chest pain,im new to this whole sex thing,have anyone else experienced this with the morning after pill
