Bad skin

I've been on my pill for 7 years, I had typical teenage skin and when put on the pill (Yasmin) my skin was brilliant with the odd outbreak when I was due on. I've been off my pill 7 months now and My skin has been the same as before but recently I've had bad spots which don't seem to be going away. Any recommendations how to get rid? Will my skin be like this all the time now? WhAt could it be?
