mamas and papas retro pram

Hi Mums!

I will be given an M&P classic retro pram...about 18 years old but in great condition. Just was wondering if any of you might know if the carrycot can fit with a newer model frame? It could be from different brand. Was looking online already but couldn't find anything related to this. It would be great I could find frame with big wheels and foldable handle that could go with the cot.
