Hubby had a vasectomy in aug 17 (got all clear in dec 17), i had our baby 23rd nov 17, my first period was 13th till 18th jan and ive just wiped and got pinky red cm. What could this be?

If it's stringy and egg white like it could be ovulating I sometimes get blood tinged cm when ovulating
