Cramps and slight bleeding 10 days after my period- What could this be please help?

I finished my period 10 days ago and my period is normally like clock work and lasts an average of 4-6 days, Now 10 days later i had cramps similar to period cramps and am bleeding again its not much blood but bright red pinky and today brownish. when i google this it says implantation bleeding, could i be pregnant or could it be something else? this has never happened before and am a little worried.
