Bleeding after coming off the mini pill!

So I just finished breastfeeding my fourth baby and just finished my last pill Wednesday night which I also had sex same night. I started to get spotting Friday I think it was. Had some brown bleeding but not much. Put a pad on Friday night thinking I was getting my period after not having it since a week in from the first month on it. It’s been years since I been on the pill so I don’t remember having withdrawal bleeding coming off it, but I also don’t recall having sex the last night of the pill either and having brown spotting for 1-2 days but only a few times of wiping then nothing just clear discharge and few sharp pains on my left side felt like my left ovary. Any suggestions on why or if anyone else has had the same thing happen.
