Mini pill troubles!

So basically I’ve been taking the mini pill Zelleta (think it’s the same as Cerazette) for just over 5 weeks. I was due on a day after starting the pill but period never came (put it down to change in hormones) Anyway, for the past week or so I’ve been feeling sick and dry heaving, been having cramps, increased discharge and today I’ve noticed a very large green vein on my boob. Has anyone else had these symptoms while taking the mini pill?
