Slender tone belt?

After 8 months of exercise with a physio my stomach muscles still havent knitted together. I have about an 2 inch gap and a dome efect when i do sit ups and curls. My doctor arranged physio for me after 5 months of doing normal exercise everyday that didn't seem to help.
I'm not over weight so thats not a problem i just look 5 months pregnant still even though my daughter is 16 months old!Has anyone got a Slender tone? Do they actually work? Anyone please advise thanks
