    Hey, darling. It has been almost a year since my baby was born, but I only started losing weight 2 months ago. I heard many mommies begin to be interested in losing weight already 2-3 months after giving birth. Honestly, I was so passionate about caring for the baby that I didn't think about my body. I'm sure you can lose weight only by observing 3 main rules: healthy nutrition, active movements, and skin care. I would be glad to know your mind.
