Feeling fluy still 11 days after c section

i had an em section 11 days ago, When i was still in hospital i was going really hot and really cold and felt really fluey. I then went on 5 days of antibiotics with a water infection, now it has started again and i am really shaky and one minute sweat is literally dropping off of me and the next i am snuggled under a duvet shivering.

Is this normal after a section, is it just hormones or do you think i still have an infection.
