AM I IN LABOR

II am 37w6d with my third child. For the past week I've been having bad back pain, nausea (haven't had nausea with this pregnancy at all), shaking and hot and cold flashes, feeling weak, no appetite, very very tired, headaches, and diarrhea. I lost my mucus plug three days ago. This is my third child. I am 2cm dilated and 75% effaced, at least that's what my Dr says. Could this all mean the baby is coming soon????
