hi i had a sweep friday Arfternoon at 40 weeks , and since then i have been getting bad cramps and a few tightening , i lost my mucus plug saturday morning around 4am since then been getting the same tightenings and cramps only to go a wee and when i wiped it was pink tinged , would just like any advice of anyone who had been in the same situation and gone into labour shorty arfter

Just watch yourself. You will know when you go into labor because you will not be able to move or breathe when you get the contractions. It will stop you in your tracks. Losing your mucus plug at this time could mean your body is preparing for labor or it needed to make a new one. Just make sure you count the time between contraction because true labor is usually on a schedule. Call your doctor if you need too to put your mind at ease. Either way congrats on your new bundle!
