Help!

i know write on here a lot but just want some advice! Advice that is helpful and not disrecpetful! First pregnancy! All week I had dihaera and belly cramps dihaera has stoped! But I have no vomited twice! Belly cramps still on and off! Today I have had very little brown discharge. Is this a sign of early labour? I am currently 31 weeks, midwife informed. Just asking fof a bit of advice from you lot! Thanks
