Is this the start of labour

I was up All night with twinges in and out of sleep, and from 8am to 1pm I was having really strong period pains, worse than Iv had them before. They stopped as my back started to hurt, almost like waves through but they are not very painful just unconfotable. I also have sharp pains coming in from both my sides very low down then disappear but there is no patten and the urge to wee very badly every so often, Baby is moving loads too! Stomach also feels like it's getting quite hard once I get the slight pains, it's my first I just feel so not right since I woke up just can't get comfy and don't know what to do with myself!
