38 weeks today and been feeling weird...

I turnt 38 weeks today with my first baby and for the last 2 days I've been having tightenings which aren't painful but they are uncomfortable. I have had a few cramps but nothing Im worried about. I have also been constipated for the last week or so but I've done little poops since yesterday and I keep feeling like I need to go but I don't. I've also had stringy discharge which I don't know if it's my mucus plug or not as this is my first baby. Last night I got no sleep and I feel like that's gunna be the same tonight. When I'm laying in bed I get random shooting pains in my vagina and I feel really sick. does this sound like early labour to you guys or am I just over thinking it? I hope it is, i want him out so bad haha
