preeclampsia

in 2010 i had my first baby. a girl called paiton she was born at 30 weeks and 6 days and weighed 2lb 4oz. i had to be sectioned as i had really bad preeclampsia. i am pregnant again (not planned but happy) and they have told me i will be sectioned again and that i will more than likely get preeclampsia again. im really scared. it was a horrible experience the first time. has anyone out there had preeclampsia twice? any advice?
