Is labour starting or soon??

Hi im 38 weeks + 6 days and this is my first baby ... 
I lost my mucos plug about 3 weeks ago and have been in L&D twice thinking my waters were slowly leaking but they said it was not.. 
Wondering if my symptoms mean labour is CLOSE or already started...
• headache 
• lower back ache & period type aching
• low mood - no energy today, mam said im very quiet 
• hot flushes 
• NO sleep last night very uncomfortable
• increased stronger braxton hicks
• generally feeling 'off'  

• nesting yesterday 

Any help / advice would be helpful
