Still birth and currently 16 wks pregnant

Hi Ladies.

I am 36 yrs old and last year my little boy was stillborn due to severe placenta abruption. No medical reason was found out. I would like to know who had successful pregnancy after placental abruption. I am currently 16 weeks pregnancy and very anxious. Please share your thoughts.
