Can someone help? Am I in labour?

Hi. I'm 39 weeks+3 and have been getting pains on and off today, they felt like they're getting stronger so started to time them. But they're varied as in they're between every 10-13 minutes and last between 60 and 90ish seconds, they feel like they're in my back and abdomen and i bel I feel pressure in my pelvis, I've walked around and tried moving but the pain stays the same. But it's not like really bad pain just really uncomfortable period like pain? Could this be labour? I don't wanna get my hopes up
