Help!! Advice anyone - due in a few days, is this labour?

Im currently 39weeks 3days and iv had non stop lower back pain no matter what i do its there i know my baby is in the back to back position and iv been told can cause back ache but do they really cause this much i also get a few shooting niggly pains on my lower belly i have no idea what to expect as this is my first baby any advice would be of help much thanks guys!:)
