Birth plan - can you share yours?

I am about to start writing mine and the one that I can find on NHS webpage seems to strict and way to formal. Can you share yours?

    I know nothing about birth plans! I am only 6wk + 3 days so very early right now, but I love browsing the chat & seeing what I have to look forward to & plan for near future! I also enjoy learning about everything that comes with this journey. I am an only child myself so this whole being pregnant is SO foreign to me, (im 33 yr old & this is the very first time ive been pregnant) we are mega excited & I am enjoying reading this forum xx
